Fresh from a nationwide tour as "Bird Woman" in "Mary Poppins," accomplished singer, actress, philanthropist and academic, Patti Boulaye (officially, "Dr. Patti Boulaye, O.B.E.) is now embarking on a series of shows entitled "Here I Am." In these, Patti will be performing songs from musicals in which she has appeared, as well as other ones which have been part of her repertoire over the years. In addition, she will be entertaining audiences with stories from her long and fascinating career. 

I have known Patti for many years and it is always a pleasure to catch up with her. In our most recent conversation, we were looking forward to her visit to The Hub At St. Mary's in Lichfield. This is a small and intimate venue, based in church premises and as such, is ideal for an evening such as this. My wife and I are delighted to be attending and it will be great to meet up with Patti and her husband, Stephen again.
