On that note, The Nandimukh theatre group has brought an International Drama festival to brighten the festive spirit of winter. This theatre festival is titled ‘Nandimukh International Theatre Festival 2022’ and it includes 12 theatre troupes from all over the world. So, if you are into theatre plays, then trust me, this is an event you don’t wanna miss.

‘Nandimukh International Drama Festival - 2022’ Started on 17th November with a grand opening ceremony at Chittagong Shilpakala Academy. Moreover, it will go on till 26th November with a fully packed schedule of theatre plays from 7 different countries. A total of 12 theatre troupes from Bangladesh, France, Japan, Mexico, Sweden, Spain, and India will be performing in the festival.

On top of that, some seminars, cultural shows, discussions, and an award-giving ceremony will also be held at the festival. Three Bangladeshi dramas including a Bengali-translated version of William Shakespeare’s ‘Julius Caesar’, ‘Amar Ami’, and ‘Tapasi O Tarangini’ will be performed alongside all the international plays.
