I recently traveled with British Airways from Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), and in general, my experience at their terminal was seamless and pleasant. The British Airways EWR Terminal check-in procedure at Terminal B was smooth, featuring staff who were courteous and professional. The security lines progressed at a fair speed, and the signs clearly guided me. The British Airways lounge was an enjoyable surprise—tidy, well-appointed, and providing excellent views of the runway. Though the terminal is somewhat old-fashioned when compared to more modern airports, it was tidy and offered ample seating close to the gates. The boarding process was organized and efficiently handled, which contributed to reducing the typical pre-flight anxiety. I valued the airline's focus on details and its customer service during the entire process. If you're traveling with BA from EWR, Terminal B provides a dependable and generally smooth experience. It may not be eye-catching, but it effectively fulfills its purpose with reliable service and comfort.
