(1) The kiln stage of the newly built cement production line (or after maintenance). (3) During the ignition and start-up stage of the production line, the flue gas temperature is low, and an ignition chimney should also be used;

(4) Doing a good job in thermal insulation and plugging of the bag filter is also a necessary measure to prevent local condensation.

3. Treatment of the accident of pasting the polyester filter cartridge:

Once the bag-type dust collector paste bag accident occurs, it is very troublesome to deal with, but it still has to be tried. Based on our long-term practical experience, the following measures can be taken:

(1) The first step is to increase the operating temperature and strengthen the drying strength of the filter bag of the bag filter (pay attention to preventing over-temperature);

(2) Increase the compressed air pressure, and at the same time adjust the time interval between short pulse valves, between chambers and cycle cycles on the PLC, and increase the intensity and frequency of blowing and cleaning with double poles, and so on for 5 to 7 days. Gradually clean up the dust accumulated on the filter bag, so that the resistance returns to the normal state. When conditions permit, it is best to carry out this high-intensity cleaning when the discharge machine is stopped. This method is effective for mild to moderate paste bag treatment.

(3) For particularly serious pasting bags, those who have taken the above two measures are still ineffective, and can only be solved by replacing the filter bags.
