“Things fall apart, center cannot hold, mere anarchy is loosened upon the world”, these lines are from W.B. Yeats’s poem ‘The Second Coming’. Anarchy has been loosened upon America, and things are falling apart where the government cannot hold on to there governance. Yesterday again, America witnessed a case of gun shooting. Philadelphia noticed a horrendous act of gunfire during the celebration of their Independence day celebration on Monday night.

The incident occurred at night around 10pm near the Philadelphia Museum of Art. As people gathered to watch firework concert on the final day of WaWa Welcome America Festival. People attending the concert were in a state of panic. There was chaos amid the shooting, where two police officer were injured. The patrolling officer suffered a graze wound on the head, while member of bomb squad was shot in the shoulder. Both were immediately rushed to hospital in stable condition. This incident is highly a case of “security breach”. Some of the footage shows the shooting and panic stricken people.
