Seems like British Prime Minister Boris Jhonson is again in the center of attraction of everyone. The British police force has launched an investigation again of the allegations made against Borish Jhonson to support and attend a party in the most critical moment of Covid-19 by violating the regulation made under his jurisdiction.

Met Police has started the investigation lockdown-busting parties held at Downing Street and Whitehall in which is being addressed as,

‘A TRULY DAMNING REFLECTION OF OUR NATION’S VERY HIGHEST OFFICE.’

Police Commissioner Cressida Dick told that the force was looking into this ‘potential breaches of Covid-19 regulations’ matter since 2020 at the starting of the Corona outbreak.

According to Cressida, this investigation was launched after civil servant Sue Gray, who is conducting an inquiry into the parties, passed information to the force of such regulation.

London Mayor Sadiq Khan welcomed the Met investigation and said, ‘The public rightly expect the police to uphold the law without fear or favor, no matter who which involves.

‘Members of the public must be able to expect the highest standards from everyone, including the Prime Minister and those around him.’

Angela Rayner, the Labour deputy leader raised these new allegations in an urgent question in the Commons to Paymaster General Michael Ellis while insisting to publish the whole of the Gray report along with all evidence. She questioned,

‘HOW MR. JOHNSON CAN REMAIN PM WITH DOWNING STREET UNDER POLICE INVESTIGATION’

She quoted, ‘Boris Johnson is a national distraction. Conservative MPs should stop propping him up and he should finally do the decent thing and resign.’

The PM’s spokesperson told that Mr. Johnson did not believe that he had done anything wrong and even he was quite willing to co-operate with the police investigating.

Mr. Johnson said, ‘I welcome the Met’s decision to conduct its investigation because I believe this will help to give the public the clarity it needs and help to draw a line under matters.’

Downing Street informed that discussions are ongoing about ‘what is suitable to publish.’

Mr. Ellis said, ‘the house should await the findings of the Gray investigation, but stopped short of agreeing that the whole report would be published.’

Ms. Gray is expected to publish her report later this week.

The announcement of the investigation comes after Downing Street admitted about the party of PM Boris Johnson’s surprise birthday celebration organized by his fiancée Carrie Symonds on June 19 2020 in the No10 Cabinet room. Nearly around 30 people attended, including Lulu Lytle, the fashionable interior designer responsible for Johnson’s now infamous domestic makeover.

SNP Westminster leader Ian Blackford said that Mr. Johnson had ‘stuck two fingers up to the public and repeated his calls for the PM to resign, calling for Tory MPs to remove him if he failed to leave of his own volition.

The whole situation created a new revelation prompted by Scottish Conservative leader Douglas Ross to repeat his call for Mr. Johnson to resign.

Douglas Ross said, ‘The whole thing is very damaging” and that Mr. Johnson should go.’

For millions of people, this has become personal. For them, Johnson has got to go.
