"TWELVE ANGRY MEN" AT LICHFIELD GARRICK

The original film of "Twelve Angry Men," starring the legendary Henry Fonda, was one of my late father's favourites and I was delighted to hear that the stage adaptation was coming to the Garrick.

This is an excellent production, which captures brilliantly all the tension and drama of the debate among the jurors as to whether or not the youth concerned is guilty of the murder of his father. Each twist and turn in the tale is captured dramatically and the differences in the various characters involved make for interesting viewing and listening.

It was great to meet the Marketing team in person at their reception for the press and the staff in general were friendly and helpful, including changing our tickets to accommodate my wife's wheelchair.  It is always a pleasure to attend productions at the Garrick and this particular classic drama is well worth a watch, wherever it is being presented.
