Four-time world champion Vettel announced his retirement Sebastian Vettel, four-time Formula One champion and the youngest driver to win a championship, declared his retirement Thursday. He will quit the sport at the end of the 2022 season. His contract with Aston Martin will conclude in that time also. An amazing fact is - Vettel did not use social media platforms this long! Although he finally opened an account on Instagram recently. But on the day he opened, he announced his retirement from that account! Just before the Hungarian Grand Prix, the four-time Formula One world champion German driver spoke that the 15th season is going to be the last of his career. Vettel has been with Aston Martin since 2001, his contract was about the end of this year. He has celebrated a podium with this franchise team. Anyways he started his career in F1 with BMW Sauber back in 2007. But the best time has spent in his career was with Red Bull. Vettel won four consecutive world championships for Red Bull from 2010 to 2013. Then he joined Ferrari in 2015 from Red Bull.
