  • ‘𝗘 𝗛𝗮𝘄𝗮’ 𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗼𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗲𝗮

How rare is it to search for and eventually fall in love with a sound cut through a network of perfect sea stillness? Associating the wind with the sea will sound banal until you've heard Meghdol's latest work, E Hawa. Social networks are now completely enchanted by this masterpiece. I feel like you have every good reason to receive so much love and support.

Meghdol can easily be described as one of the most popular bands of Bangladesh's young generation. So it was only a matter of seconds after the song was released and people started tuning in to hear what they had created this time. E Hawa is the fifth track from Meghdol's latest album Aluminum er Dana. The song could be a collaboration between Meghdol and Face Card Production for Mejbaur Rahman Sumon's upcoming film Hawa. Written and sung by Shibu Kumer Shill
and Mejbaur Rahman Sumon, this song features artists from the film.

The music video begins with the screen appearing in a combination of navy blue and teal, some rust and faded wood in part of the boat - the boat where the story of the film "Hawa" began.A raging sea with raging water splashing the hull with the wind making it flow dangerously fills the mind of the listener.

Singer-songwriter Shibu Kumer Shill's voice transcended the boundaries of space in this song. He challenges this "Hawa" (the wind) to understand the destiny to which he is being led. The heart of the listener beats through here at least once in this scorching summer heat with cold emptiness.
The layers of instruments come together one by one: the guitar solo at the beginning. The drums surrounding the voices gently begin to inform the story of the harshness. Guitars and drums slowly blend with flute, saxophone and clarinet to a melody that sums up the main theme here, the stormy sea.
The singer's voice, constantly fed by these instruments, sinks from a sore crest to something almost hollow. The general setting of the ship with flashes of red light against the monochrome phosphor of the sea will transport the listener's mind to this ship caught in a storm.

  • In 2002, Abhayanand and Anand Kumar started Super 30 with the plan to select 30 talented students from economically impoverished sections who could not afford IIT coaching. These 30 students were then prepared to pass IIT-JEE examinations. Anand Kumar's mother, Jayanti Devi, volunteered to cook for the students while Anand Kumar, Abhayanand, and other teachers tutored them.[4] The students were also provided study materials and lodging for a year free of cost.[5]

In the first year of the coaching, 18 out of 30 students made it to IIT. The following year, application numbers soared due to the popularity of the program and written examination was conducted to select 30 students. In 2004, 22 out of 30 students qualified for IIT-JEE, increasing the popularity of the program which attracted even more applications.

In 2005, 26 out of 30 students cleared the IIT-JEE exam, while 28 in 2006 - this despite the fact that IIT changed the examination structure. In appreciation of their efforts, Bihar Chief Minister at the time Nitish Kumar congratulated the students with a cash prize of ₹50,000 each.[7]

The following year 28 more students cleared the IIT-JEE, and in 2008, all of the Super 30 students cleared the IIT-JEE, after which Abhayanand quit Super 30 saying "the experiment is over."[8] Some of Kumar's former students joined as Super 30 teachers and in 2009 and 2010 all 30 students again qualified the IIT JEE exams. In subsequent years the success rates from the 30 students were: 2011 (24 passed), 2012 (27 passed), 2013 (28 passed), 2014 (27 passed), 2015 (25 passed), and in 2016 (28 passed). In 2017, all Super 30 candidates made it to the IIT-JEE.[9] In 2018, 26 of the 30 students cleared the exam.
