Singer Dua Lipa has revealed what she thinks of Liverpool after performing at the Champions League final in Kyiv in 2018.
The pop star was part of the pre-match performance show ahead of the Champions League final in Kyiv back in 2018. She has owned a place in Liverpool history as a result of the song she sang at that time, which has been heard at Anfield plenty of times since.
The track One Kiss, with Calvin Harris, had been released just over a month before the final and went to number one in the UK charts soon after, where it stayed there well into June – the longest run at the top spot for a female artist in the UK this century.
The legacy of her performance to 16,000 Reds fans in Shevchenko Park - plus the millions watching on television - in 2018 is often chanted in Anfield by the Liverpool FC fans.
"One of the highlights of the night was definitely seeing the video of all the Liverpool fans chanting along to One Kiss afterwards - I felt very honoured," the now-25-year-old said at the time.
