  • Barca drop down to Europa again!

This season was meant to be different but Barcelona have again suffered a humiliating and costly Champions League group-stage exit.

Barcelona exited the Champions League at the group stage for the second season running on Wednesday, a 3-0 home defeat by Bayern Munich. Although Barca's departure was ensured by Inter Milan when they beat Viktoria Plzen at San Siro before kick-off at Spotify Camp Nou.

For the second year in succession, the five-time European Cup winners have effectively been relegated to the continent's second division.
