Inktober is a social media art challenge where people draw with ink or digital ink tools every October. The month-long challenge is designed to help people practice their artistic skills as they come together to share their work. Inktober was created in 2009 by artist Jake Parker. Every October, artists from around the world take on the Inktober Drawing Challenge by creating one ink drawing per day throughout the month. The Inktober Classic Challenge consists of 31 days of ink drawings followed by posting the drawing on social media with the hashtags

Before October, the official website inktober.com publishes a list of draggable topics every day of the month.
However, you are not obliged to use the official list: many artists create their own October lists and share them on their Social Media. The idea is to just have fun, practice your skills, share your work, and encourage others to do the same.
