Hello! My family and I had such a lovely experience at the Qatar Airways Vienna Office in Austria during our pre-holiday planning to Bali. We required assistance to determine baggage for sporting goods (surfboards, specifically!), and rather than dodgy explanations we were expecting, the staff provided us with specific, printed information and even phoned the central office to check for us!. That extra level of effort really pays off when you're organizing a family vacation. The children were firing off a million questions and the staff were just being so nice about it. They even provided us with some fantastic travel advice for Hamad International Airport, where we'd be having a layover. The office was tidy, not packed, and the entire atmosphere felt relaxed and encouraging. Qatar Airways has always been my favorite, and the Vienna Office team just made us love them even more.
