Metal Music- Noise for most while Salvation for some:

Music is one of the most elegant ways to express all our emotions. Isn't it? Just think about it for a second, how music does impact our lives and help us to deal with all that's been reeling inside.

But you see, not all emotions are as conventional as the ones that we can express comfortably. There are emotions like anger, frustration, rebelliousness that can also be our regular day companion.

Well, these emotions are not always bad as many people might see it, especially when against injustice, discrimination, mindless conflicts, and all the ugliness of the world. This is what metal music is for many of us.

Yes, I understand why most people see it as noise or sheer nonsense. But for some of us, it’s the screams of our hearts, the wilderness of our soul, and fuel for the protest against all the idiocy.

On another note, some studies show that metal music can actually be helpful for mental health as they help people to regulate sadness and cope with negative emotions. Furthermore, most metal heads claim to feel connected and understood while listening to metal music. So, why not give it a shot if you already haven't?
