WHAT a coincident, I find myself attending a course in Fircroft College. George Cadbury Jnr, founder of Cadbury Chocolate, turned his house in to a College in 1909. This was for his workers, encouraging them to increase their knowledge and skills to help them to meet their potential and pass their learning on to their comrades. Deep in the village his house is the College, next to it Student Accommodation, transforming lives for a better world.
