Eastern Virginia Career College (EVCC), based in Fredericksburg, Virginia, is the fastest degree-granting college in the state. It's been 21 years since the school first opened its doors. In 2008, EVCC began providing Associate degree programs in nursing (AAS Degree) and occupational therapy assistants (AAS Degree) respectively.
