‘Truly a day I will never forget’ said Olivia Rodrigo as she is mesmerized by her achievement this year. By getting nominated 7 times in a row at this year’s Grammy Awards nominations she’s has shared her joy.
This is a lot of good stuffs happened in Olivia’s career so she has a lot to celebrate. In the list of nominees for the 2022 Grammy Awards by the Recording Academy revealed that newcomer Olivia Rodrigo securing seven nominations, the third highest total for any given artist this year. That also include spots in each of the Big Four categories: best new artist, song, record and album of the year.
Olivia took to Instagram expressing her gratitude at being recognized for her talents and shared a post.
She posted to her Instagram account a picture that shows a sprinkle-covered cake with the number 7 written in icing, and long the phrase, ‘You did it b*tch!’
With posting that picture she did the story detailing about just how much the nominations mean to her.
Olivia wrote, ‘When I was younger, my family lived a few blocks from the Staples Center, where the Grammys took place every year.
‘I would always walk outside the arena and look at the plaques on the ground with all the winners’ names in wide-eyed wonder.’
Olivia detailed about her childhood time how she spent many free weekends visiting the Grammy Museum because she was fascinated with the award show and its history, and how luckily now she’s probably getting many altogether.
‘Many dreams have come true for me this year, but this one is probably the most meaningful. Thank you to everyone who has believed in me and supported the songs I write…. I’m beyond humbled. Truly a day I will never forget, she added.
Olivia is working tremendously amazing and has the thirst and will to work more and more. She also covered quite the many areas of musical genre yet want to experiment more.
About her debut album, she doesn’t want to rush it. Seems like Olivia is taking some time to figure out exactly what and how she wants to declare and showcase her musical taste into her album.
An 18-year-old girl not only recorded after streaming record with her debut album Sour earlier this year, but also now got nominated for a whopping 7 Grammy Awards, including the coveted Best New Artist category.
