What is a Lift Check Valve? 

Lift check valve is a form of non return valve that permits fluid to move in one direction but automatically stops backflow. Lift check valves use the pressure of incoming fluid to lift a disc, which, upon stopping or reversing flow, goes back to its reseating position to maintain system integrity and avoid damage. 

Key Parts of Lift Check Valve
