River Lea announce forthcoming album by Poor Creature – watch the video for ‘The Whole Town Knows’ now!
Watch – ‘The Whole Town Knows’
There’s a few things I enjoy about this video by River Lea, it’s the abstractism, angle of the artistic creativity, the documentary style approach and that it’s shot entirely in black and white. It has that almost dream like feel to it which just makes it more intriguing
Forthcoming Tour Dates:
April 11th – Whelans, Dublin
July 14th – Rough Trade East Instore, London
Aug 31st – Supersonic Festival, Birmingham
Sept 20th – Royal Festival Hall, London, supporting Lisa O’Neill
HANNAH ROSE PLATT – Releases Raw, Empowering “Young Men Need Their Wives” || New Album ‘Fragile Creatures’ – out 25 April
Watch – ‘Young Men Need Their Wives’
The more I hear Hannah Rose’s music the more I start to like it and appreciate it. Her video for Young Men has that diary feel to it with elements of reminiscing as she goes from location to location. Again, I like how she uses the format of video either for showcasing her mind or to be artistically creative

WAZ-U drops stunningly immersive ambient ‘Vermillion’ ft. Lilyg
Listen – ‘Vermillion: G Major ft Lilyg’
For a song that’s just under 3 minutes it’s the equivalent of listening to smooth tranquil running water. Completely immerses you in an soulful, ambient landscape with an harmonious vocal by Lilyg that’s like a soft whisper in the ear. A beautiful song
Listen – G9 LUV
First time hearing it, for an experimental EP it’s actually quite interesting to listen to. One of the things I like about this is that it gets more intriguing the more you listen
