This weekend sees the Pairc Festival, Birmingham's celebration of Irish music and culture at the New Irish Centre in Kings Heath. A host of excellent acts, including Imelda May, the Hothouse Flowers, Nathan Carter and the Dublin Legends will be giving outdoor performances at the venue and the whole thing promises to be a great event. I will be attending on the Saturday and will be sharing a review here. Here's to some great entertainment.
