Via Twitter, It’s been confirmed that Albarn and also some other stars musicians have joined the line-up for this year’s Manchester International Festival.

The event takes place between July 1 and July 18. The motive of this festival for a lovable and humanly connected world before like a covid pandemic. Damon Albarn will perform on July 13.

MIF’s Artistic Director and Chief Executive, John McGrath, explained: 

“I am thrilled to be revealing the projects that we will be presenting from 1-18 July this year” 

“We hope MIF21 will provide a time and place to reflect on our world now, to celebrate the different ways we can be together, and to emphasize, despite all that has happened, the importance of our creative connections – locally and globally.”

Along with Damon Albarn, Billy Nominates, Rema, and more have also been performed at this festival.
