Chapati Wraps can be the perfect breakfast or midday snacks for a busy day. Our three ingredients Chapati wrap with protein of your choice is a nutritious treat that is easy to make and very easy to make! It will serve 3-4 people but won’t take much of your time to prepare.
This week CafeOn brings you the easiest yet most yummy recipe on how to make Chapati wrap at home.
Ingredients
- Whole wheat flour, 2 cups
- Water, 1 1/4 cup
- Salt, according to taste
- Chutney (any flavor available)
- Cilantro
- Cherry Tomato
- Onion
- Salsa
- Shredded Chicken Tikka/Seekh Kabab, 1 cup
- Vegetable Saute, optional
Method
- Add flour and salt to a bowl.
- Gradually pour water and knead.
- Sprinkle flour on the working countertop and roll out the dough in form of round chapatis.
- Heat up a flat griddle and press the dough so that it cooks on both sides.
- Once it is cooked spread a generous amount of Chutney on the Chapati
- Place your vegetables or shredded meat, coriander leaves, vegetable salsa in the middle and roll it up.
- Cut the Wrap in half and cover it with plastic wrap.
- Now store to have it for lunch or later during the day or right away.
- Serve and enjoy with a glass cold lemonade!
