Ingredients

  • Whole wheat flour, 2 cups
  • Water, 1 1/4 cup
  • Salt, according to taste
  • Chutney (any flavor available)
  • Cilantro
  • Cherry Tomato
  • Onion
  • Salsa
  • Shredded Chicken Tikka/Seekh Kabab, 1 cup
  • Vegetable Saute, optional

Method

  • Add flour and salt to a bowl.
  • Gradually pour water and knead.
  • Sprinkle flour on the working countertop and roll out the dough in form of round chapatis.
  • Heat up a flat griddle and press the dough so that it cooks on both sides.
  • Once it is cooked spread a generous amount of Chutney on the Chapati
  • Place your vegetables or shredded meat, coriander leaves, vegetable salsa in the middle and roll it up.
  • Cut the Wrap in half and cover it with plastic wrap.
  • Now store to have it for lunch or later during the day or right away.
  • Serve and enjoy with a glass cold lemonade!
