Countless transgender students across the country, US worried about the future of their health, education, and livelihood. 2021 is a record year for transphobic policy in America. More than 100 bills targeting the rights of trans people according to the human rights campaign. These bills cover the rights specifically trans youth and young trans students, Like HB1570. 
A 2015 survey from the National Center for Transgender Equality described that 77% of trans people mistreatment in their school where quarter percent trans people harassed at school by physically, verbally, or sexually assaulted mostly.
Now for these new laws, many transgender students are told that they are concerned about bills that will make s more unsafe for them at school.
On April 3, the annual International Trans Day almost 17,300 educators and scholars send an open letter to President Joe Biden. They request that public schools increase health access for transgender students and employees, full access for transgender athletes in K-12 sports, and use sex markers to match transgender students’ gender preference whenever it is used.
Now trans people protest their rights about their own dignity and honor which really needs not only transgender people but also as human beings and they love being trans even people keep taking away their own rights. What they want security from the government which helps them to live independently all over the world.
