People associate a lot of different things with Christmas.  Seasonal songs, good food and drink, presents, parties, family gatherings and for some, numerous church services.  All these things are fine in themselves, but the question, "What is it all about?" is one that arises. 

For committed Christians such as myself, the whole season is a celebration of the birth of Jesus, Whom we believe to be the Son of God and Who came to give us a new relationship with our Creator and Heavenly Father. I enjoy all the aspects of Christmas that I have mentioned, but this, for me, is the most important and I try to keep it in perspective as I make the most of the opportunities to celebrate.
