Its less than a week away for the west-mids festival takeover. The countdown has begun for the return of the hugely successful indepentdant festival CROOKED HOUSE IN THE PARK.
After an incredible sold out second year, the epic Crooked House In The Park is returning to Lichfield.
The one day festival at Beacon Park on Sunday 27th August includes an amazing star-studded line-up with exciting artists from House and Drum & Bass to UK Garage.
This year, organizers have taken this huge scale event up a gear with global headliners, VIP experiences and an endless day of activities, continuing the demand and popularity for the festival’s third year.
Dance music lovers will be thrilled to see the jam-packed line-up across SIX stages, which will include some of Britain’s finest dance music performers and global talent from Groove Armada, Sam Divine and local legend Low Steppa. Plus dynamite sets by Pendulum, Todd Terry and David Rodigan.
Following on from the success and demand over the last two years, the event is welcoming a brand new experience – The Rum & Reggae Beach.
The aim of this brand new stage is to bring the rhythm of the Caribbean to Lichfield with a day of music, art and reggae culture. Visitors can enjoy the carnival vibe in the open-air arena. There will also be live graffiti artists and an area to play a game of volleyball whilst enjoying a carnival atmosphere in the summer sunshine.
Adam Turbill, MD of Crooked House Events said: “We are incredibly excited to be bringing DJ talent of this calibre to our home town. Last year was amazing and this year is set to be even better with the addition of new stages, brand activations and increased capacity across the site. Get festival ready! Because we can’t wait to show everyone what’s in store!”
Crooked House In The Park has searched far and wide for the best street food, bars and drink vendors to create the ultimate festival experience. Vendors confirmed include West Midlands Jerk Centre, Marvellous Mac Shack, Wow Bao, Hungry 4 Music and Eyes On The Fries. The offering will also cater for vegetarians and vegans.
