  • Paneer Curry: My easy pesy way of making homemade Paneer Curry.
    Making Panner is the 1st step. Boil * liter milk & add some vinegar or lemon & give it some time. The Paneer will be separated from the milk. Use a clean cloth & suck away water get the fresh Panner. Wait until it’s almost dry & tight like a sponge ball.
    Cut the paneer sponge ball in square cubes. Put ½ tea spoon turmeric powder, chili powder & salt in the cubes. Put some oil in the fry pan & fry the paneer cubes until it turns light brown. Take away the panner cubes then give some jira, tej pata, elachi & darchini in the oil. Then after a little while give turmeric powder, chili powder, salt. Garam masala powder & jira powder in it. Use some water & let the flavor of the masala come out. Then use whatever vegetable u want to use in it. I like potato & potol in this curry. Use spoon & stir until the vegetables get the flavor of masala. Pure some water in the curry. When the water is boiled then give ½ green chili for flavor. After few minutes give the fried Paneer cubes on it. After few minutes the curry is ready. Use a little dhania pata for more flavor.
