Job Responsibilities for Digital Sales:
• Work on all Digital Marketing initiatives
• Communicate with clients and indulge in all brand promotion activities
• Developing digital marketing strategies to enhance branding, implementing digital marketing and sales plans, creative planning and carrying out digital marketing campaigns.
• Identifying trends and insights, customers' current and upcoming needs and monitoring competitors, and evaluating end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Serving the queries of the customer on digital platforms and phones.
• Should have the capability to ensure quality customer service.
• Assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy
• Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
Offline Marketing:
• Seminar, Workshop, Campaign, Event, such as Career fair, Day wise event, Exposer event, Branding & Promotion
• Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Requirements
• Hon’s Student/Bachelor degree holder in Any Discipline
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy and proficiency in English are essential for the position.
• Engagement with customers to understand their demands and provide appropriate service information.
• Must be patient and humble.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Both Bangla & English typing skills are required.
• Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Ability to handle consumers with patience and politeness.
